These head gaskets have been modified to enhance the flow of coolant/water around the cylinders by opening up seven of the water jacket holes. This is the small bore gasket for use on 4.8L, 5.3L, and 5.7L engines with bore sizes up to 3.9" and they have a compressed thickness of 0.05". It is a coated, MLS head gasket. Price is for one head gasket, they are not sold in a pair.
